HISTORY
Patient came into OPD on 7th November2005 with the complaint of
Fever of unknown cause especially during night hours with half headache
(left-sided). Patient was suffering from same problem since July 2005 i.e.
(approximately 4 months).
PREVIOUS
TREATMENTS
For
the treatment of fever, patient had consulted all the prestigious medical
institutes of Northern India including Christen Medical College & Hospital
Ludhiana and taken many courses of antibiotics, Anti- malarias and other
relevant medicines but got no relief.
INVESTIGATIONS
In
the duration of 4 months, patient had undergone all the related
investigations like Widal test, M.P, hematology, x-ray chest, montuox test,
USG whole abdomen. With the investigations the only diagnosis revealed was
gall bladder stones.
DIAGNOSIS
On
the Ayurvedic lines patient was diagnosed suffering from “Vishama Jwara” and
following treatment was given
TREATMENT GIVEN
Sitopladi, Kateri, Kanchnar gugglu, Sudarshanghan vati & Gilroy Juice
RESULTS
The
same treatment was continued for 1 month. After one month patient was
totally relieved from chronic fever.
No other medicine was given in the same duration for the
treatment of fever and for any other disease.
