HISTORY

Patient  came on 22 July, 2006 in the Out Patient Department with the compliant of fever, lethargy dark yellow urine, yellow conjuctiva.

 PREVIOUS TREATMENTS

No previous treatment was taken by patient for the same complaints.

DIAGNOSIS

On the  basis of clinical symptoms and Investigations Patient was diagnosed suffering from Hepatitis with Jaundice.

TREATMENT GIVEN

Patient was given Sudarshan, Shivakshar & Kutaki Powders for the same duration.

RESULTS

With the same treatment from 22 July 2006 to 25 August, 2006 patient was totally relieved from disease which is evident from the table also.

No other medicine was given in the same duration for the treatment of Kamla (Jaundice)
