HISTORY
Patient came into Outdoor Patient Department on 20 August,
2004 with the complaint of hyper Cholesterol Patient was suffering
from the same problem since 4 yrs.
PREVIOUS
TREATMENTS
For the treatment of hypercholestremia Patient had tried many
different type of treatments including Atorvastatin 20 mg /
Lovastatin 20 mg for four years.
DIAGNOSIS
On Ayurvedic lines Patient was diagnosed suffering from
Medho Roga and following treatment was given.

INVESTIGATIONS
At the start of
treatment total cholesterol level was 316.
TREATMENT GIVEN
Parth Compound twice daily for six months.
PRANAYAMA RECOMMENDED
Kapalbhati, Anulom – Vilome according to the strength of
patient twice daily empty stomach
RESULTS
With six months regime of Parth Compound and Pranayama
patient completely cured from hypercholesterimia and at the moment taking
no treatment for the same.
No other medicine was given
in the same duration for the treatment of Medho Rog
