Patient came on 16 February, 2005 in the Out Patient Department with psoriatic lesions all over body
with a lot of itching. He was suffering from the same from more than one
year.

Tried Homeopathy,
Ayurvedic and Allopathic treatment of the psoriasis with skin specialists to
Hakims without any satisfactory results.
DIAGNOSIS
Patient was
diagnosed suffering from Psoriasis by all the skin specialist. Kitibh Kushtha
was Ayurvedic Diagnosis for the same.
TREATMENT GIVEN
Mainly Arishatadi, Giloy, Majith Powders and Haridra Khand was given to the patient.
PANCHKARMA
Ghee
was prepared with carefully selected Kushthghana herbs for
Snehan (Internal Oleation) of seven days. Vaman
and Virechan therapies of Panchkarma were performed followed by Samsarjana Kram
(Light Diet Schedule) for seven days.
RESULTS
With all treatment and Panchkarma, patient got more than 80 % relief, very
few lesions on legs are remained. Patient is having very good quality of
life and can sleep well without itching.
